We had an excellent experience transporting my mom's Toyota Camry sedan from Arizona to Massachusetts. Customer service was always there whenever I called- first with initial information for set-up of the transport and then always a prompt answer- either a phone call or an e-mail- when I had further scheduling questions. My mom is elderly and I was worried that she would have a difficult time dealing with the situation when the van carrier came to her retirement complex, but the driver proved to be very kind and thoughtful, calling her several times over the afternoon to tell her how far he was and when he expected to be there. And then making the pick-up easy and unstressful for her. This was greatly appreciated!
We expected the car to arrive in Massachusetts at least 7 days after the Arizona pick-up but it appeared in 6 days and the driver gave us plenty of lead time so we could be available at our convenience when he made the drop-off. The car was in exactly the same condition that I remember when I had visited my mom several weeks before the transport decision was made. So overall, AAA Transport and their affiliated carriers get high marks for their service.
